Sometimes shifts happen in languages other than words. As a practitioner my work is contacting those places where the shifts happen - presence, stillness, rhythm, life source, bliss - and navigating them with you.
Craniosacral therapy, somatic practices and energy medicine are body based healing techniques that support deep nervous system reset, trauma recovery, chronic pain resolution, and overall energy and wellbeing. Gentle, hands-on sessions create a space to reconnect with our body’s inherent capacity for health and experience deep rest and renewal.
It is an honour to accompany others through life’s transitions and healing journeys. You are welcome to bring an intention to your session, or we can hold whatever emerges.
My name is Mykl, I’m the founder of Sacred Sun Healing and a certified practitioner of Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Trauma Release, and Shamanic Energy Medicine, initiated into the Q'ero medicine lineage. I am based on Hornby Island, British Columbia and practice on the islands and throughout the wider Comox Valley.
SERVICES
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (1 hour) $120
Craniosacral therapy is derived from the field of Osteopathy. Through deep stillness, listening, and gentle touch I work with the innate blueprint in the body for health, energy, and balance. The body leads with where it would like to reorganize, at the physical, fluid, emotional or energetic levels. Connecting to this intrinsic impulse towards health creates an opening for imbalances to emerge and resolve in a safe, organic way.
CRANIOSACRAL HEALING / ENERGY MEDICINE (1 hour) $120
A craniosacral therapy session supported with energy medicine practices such as energy clearing, working with medicine stones (kuyas), unblocking and illumination of energy centres (nawis) and other pathways that emerge to support the client's process.
ENERGY MEDICINE (1-2 hours) $120-$200
A dedicated shamanic energy healing based on the guidance of earth, spirit, and medicine lineage that may include working with medicine stones (kuyas), clearing physical and emotional blockages, restoring connection and clarity to the energy centres (nawis), and more advanced healing journeys to reclaim soul parts or explore new paths.
